* Objective: by the end of the lesson, students will be able to know basic knowledge about English and students will be able to pronounce and say some words and some sentences relating the letter “Q”.

+) Pronunciation: Q, Queen, Quail, Queue
+) Vocabulary: Queen: Nữ hoàng, Quail; Chim cút, Queue: xếp hàng
+) Structure: stand in a queue, please.
* Teaching aids: Text book, work book, pictures of queen, quail, queue.
* Procedures:
1) Listen and repeat
* Vocabulary:
- Queen Quail Queue
- Guide students to read and read the words aloud.
- Ask students to look at the board and listen carefully.
- Ask students to repeat the words.
- Call on all of students to read in pair.
- Correct the pronunciation mistake of students.
2) Look and say
- Guide students to look at the picture in the text book and say aloud.
- Guide them to say “Queen, Quail, Queue” in pair.
- Listen and correct the mistakes.
- Ask students to say the words again.
3) Read and match
- Guide students to look at the picture in the text-book and match the words with the suitable pictures.
