1. Warm up:

- Let Ss look at the picture and ask them about the services people can have there

(Sending letter, postcards – sending and receiving parcel, money – making long / short distance telephone calls – buying envelope and stamps…)

2.Presentation:

“This is the dialogue between Liz and Clerk. Liz wants to send the letter to her friend in USA.”

- Elicit and explain new structures and vocabulary.

- Ask students to listen the first time and guess the Vietnamese meaning of the dialogue.

3. Practice

- Ask students to listen and repeat the dialogue.

Let students practice the dialouge in pairs, change the roles.

Let them read the dialogue silently.

4. Production:

Tell students to ask and answer the questions in pairs.

- T corrects their mistakes if necessary.

5. Homework:

- Learn voc and gram.

- Copy the answers.

- Prepare B₂
