Hello! My name’s Ba. I’m 13 years old. I have a close friend, Lan. She is 15, but she isn’t as tall as I am. Every day I go to school in the morning, my close friend has classes in the afternoon. Like Lan, I love pop music, reading my novels in my free time. We both like playing chess and going swimming in the summer. Unlike Lan, I don’t like cooking, doing the shopping on the Sundays. Instead, I like watching film, especially war films on T.V. I also love playing soccer in my spare time.

I live in the small house near the sea. It’s an old house, about 100 years old, and it’s very small. There are two bedrooms upstairs but no bathroom. It is downstairs next to the kitchen and there is the living room where there is a lovely old fireplace. There is the garden in front of the house. The garden goes down to the beach and in spring and summer there are flowers everywhere. So I have a lot of visitors. My city friends often stay with me. I love my house for many seasons: the garden, the flowers in summer, the fire in winter, but the best things is the view from my bedroom window.
