The most challenging thing for me is understanding native speakers when they talk fast. Sometimes, they use slang or speak in different accents, and it’s hard for me to follow. To improve, I watch movies or TV shows in English with subtitles, and I try to listen carefully to how people speak. I also practice listening to podcasts and having conversations with English speakers to get used to different accents.

When learning English, I find pronunciation the most challenging, and I have done several things to improve it. Firstly, I utilize online resources such as dictionaries and language learning apps to check pronunciation and refine my skills. Furthermore, I actively listen to English audio, such as podcasts and news, then repeat phrases and mimic their accents and intonations to enhance my pronunciation. Moreover, I also take pronunciation classes or workshops to practice pronunciation in a supportive environment. These classes provide me with opportunities to practice with native English speakers and receive feedback from partners and instructors. These efforts have contributed significantly to the improvement of my English pronunciation.

Engaging in conversations allows me to practice listening and responding in real time. These are three things I have done to improve my listening skills.
