Hello everyone. Today I will show you how to make a quick and delicious omelette. To make this dish, you need these simple ingredients: three eggs, a pinch of salt, some pepper, cooking oil and some chopped spring onions. Now, let’s start. First, crack the eggs into a bowl. Add the salt and pepper, then beat them well with a fork. Next, put a tablespoon of oil into a frying pan and heat it up. Then, add the spring onions and fry them quickly until they are soft. Next, pour the egg mixture into the pan over the cooked onions. You should cook it for about two minutes until it is golden. Finally, fold the omelette in half, put it on a plate, and serve it with some herbs on top. Enjoy your meal!
