Hello everyone. My name’s Thu. I study at Tan Lap primary school. I am in class 5A. I am glad to see all of you.
Today I would like to give my opinion about the picture.
This is the picture of food pyramid.
As we can see. In the picture, there are 3 types of labelling foods and drinks.
There are three types of food pyramid; Eat only a little, eat some and eat most.
At the top of pyramid Eat only a little contains coke, ice cream, candies and chocolate.
Among Eat some incluces fish, milk, chicken, cheese, eggs and jam
At the botton of pyramid Eat most there are many vegetables such as cabbage, corn, carrot, tomato, apple and there is some rice and orange juice.
The picture shows food pyramid with 3 types of labelling foods and drinks.
I think, to stay healthy we should eat lots of vegetables and fruit. It has vitamins good for health. It means that we shoud eat the labelling foods and drinks in type 3.
I think we should not eat chocolate, most coke and candies because they have a lot of fat and sugar. They are in type one.
The point I want to make here is that the picture sends the message that to stay healthy we should eat and drink moderately. That’s all.

| Hello everyone. My name’s Thu I study at Tan Lap primary school. I am in class 5A. I am glad to see all of you. Today I would like to give my opinion about the picture. This is the picture shows about a story. As we can see. There are 2 people in the first picture they enjoy the watermelones, it looks delicious and they remind the Vietnamese story about watermelons called The Story of Mai An Tiem. What happened in the story? In the picture number 2 First, King Hung ordered Mai An Tiem and his family to live on an island. The island was very far away. Then one day, An Tiem found some black seeds and he grew them. The seeds gave watermelons. Next, An Tiem’s family exchanged the watermelons for food and drink. They were lucky in the end, right? In the end, King Hung heard about the story and he let An Tiem and his family go back home. Throught the story of Mai An Tiem, I have a moral that we should hard working in doing something. Don’t give up everythings we will have the best result when we try my best doing something like Mai An Time in the story. That’s all. |

Today I would like to give my opinion about the picture.
This is the picture of Tet holiday.
As we can see. In the picture, there are 4 people: a man is a father, a woman is a mother. There are 2 students they receive lucky money from their parents. The children are in new cloth, they send the regards to their parents with the hope they have good health in new year.
There are many foods and drinks on the table like meat, fish, orange juice, mineral water. Especially. They can see local food Chung cake. It looks delicous; it is the symbol at Tet in Viet Nam
I think the picture shows tet holiday and I feel very happy and interesting because I enjoy many foods and drinks and receive lucky money.
The point I want to make here is that the picture sends the message that tet holiday is the ways to reunion family and shows our respect to ancestor. That’s all.
