Last Saturday, our school football team played a match with Laxman Public School. It was played in our school playground. A large number of students of both the schools were present to witness the match. At 2 p.m, the teams entered the field and took their positions. After the toss, the referee blew the whistle and the match began. Our school football team played very well from the beginning. We scored four goals before half-time. After the interval, the teams changed the sides. Laxman Public School had managed to score three goals before the interval. Laxman Public School tried their best to equalise the score. The captain of Laxman Public School got the ball and scored an easy goal. The referee blew the whistle and the game came to an end. The match exciting ended in a draw.

After a week of studying hard, on Sunday, my Dad took me to watch a football match at My Dinh Stadium between Vietnam team and Thailand team. Vietnam team dressed in red, while the Thai team wore blue. The referee signaled the game start. The game was exciting from the first minute. In the first half, our team did not score any goals.

In the second half, just 10 minutes later, Cong Vinh scored his first goal for Vietnam team. The whole stadium was very loud. The air was very noisy in the field. After that, Thailand team scored the 1-1 equalizer. But just a few minutes later, Van Quyen team scored a goal to add more. First half really tough, aggressive. But by the end of the game, there was no more goals was scored. The referee whistled to finish the match. Vietnam team won 2-1. This football match was really exciting.
