Sam: Hey Jen, how are you?

Jen: Hi Sam, I'm good. I've just come back from a trip to New Zealand. I did lots of interesting activities.

Sam: Like what?

Jen: Well, I went swimming with dolphins. It was an exciting experience, but I was a bit nervous at the beginning because I had never been so close to a dolphin before. Thankfully, in the end, it didn't take long for me to relax. I was pretty exhausted by the end though.

Sam: Sounds great. Did you manage to do any trekking?

Jen: Unfortunately no. I had made a plan to go to the mountains on my last weekend there because I love hiking. But then a storm hit and I had to cancel it. In the end, I spent that weekend exploring the capital city, Wellington.

Sam: How was that?

Jen: It was fun. I saw sites, tried some local food and of course, I bought some souvenirs. I didn't visit any museums though. That's not my thing.

Sam: Oh, well, I'm glad you enjoyed your time in the city. So were you upset to be leaving New Zealand then?

Jen: Not really, of course I love being in New Zealand and I could never get bored there. But I was looking forward to getting home and telling my parents about my trip. They were so proud that I had the courage to travel by myself. Plus, after two weeks of non-stop adventures, I had basically run out of energy. So I was just relieved to get some rest for a while.

Sam: I can imagine.
