Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to complain about some problems I have experienced with the TV lessons broadcast during the Covid-19 lockdown in our city. Although this programme is a good idea, there are several difficulties.
First, the signal is often very weak, so the sound and picture cannot be clearly heard and seen. Second, the lessons are broadcast at fixed times, but many students cannot watch them then. Finally, students cannot ask questions or interact with the teachers, so it is hard to understand difficult parts of the lessons.
I would like to suggest that the lessons should be replayed later in the day and that online materials may be provided to support us.
All in all, in my opinion, improvements should be made quickly so that students can study more effectively.
