LINH_NGO22: I'm not sure. My friends and I spend a lot of time on social media, but I don't think it's an addiction. We do lots of other things, too. We take part in after-school activities, go shopping and play sports. We don't go on social media when we're doing those things, so I don't think it's a problem.

MIKE_H: It certainly is! I know because it happened to me. A few months ago, my parents said I was spending too much time on my smartphone, so they took it away. At first, I was angry and very bored. After a few days, I started reading and drawing. I liked those things when I was young, but when I discovered social media, I forgot about them. Now, I've got my phone back, but I only go on social media for an hour a day. That's enough!
