Electronic devices are a big problem. My children children spend all their time playing video games on their games console or watching videos on their smartphones. If they don't stop, they will lack social skills in the future.

I love my devices, but I try not to spend too much time using them. I know that they're helping me contact my friends and family, but I try to spend a lot of time exercising and talking to my friends too.
