I/ Lý thuyết so sánh kép - Double Comparison
a. Định nghĩa
So sánh kép (Double comparison) là một dạng so sánh gồm có hai mệnh đề sử dụng khi muốn diễn tả về người hoặc vật nào để có sự thay đổi và ảnh hưởng tới người hoặc vật khác. Nó được hình thành bởi tính từ và trạng từ.
b. Phân loại
Comparative and comparative (càng ngày càng)
Tính từ ngắn-er và tính từ ngắn-er (short adjective-er and short adjective-er)
More and more + tính từ dài (more and more + long adjective)
The comparative … the comparative …(càng… thì càng…)
the + tính từ/trạng từ ngắn-er + S + V, the + tính từ/trạng từ ngắn-er + S + V
the more + tính từ/trạng từ dài + S + V, the more + tính từ/trạng từ dài + S + V
the + tính từ/trạng từ ngắn-er + S + V, the more + tính từ/trạng từ dài + S + V
the more + tính từ/trạng từ dài + S + V, the + tính từ/trạng từ ngắn-er + S + V
So sánh của danh từ
The more + N + S + V, The more + N + S + V…
So sánh của động từ
