Picture A:
I'd say that it's a panel interview. There's one interviewee and five interviewers, and they all look very serious. It's most likely a formal setting where the interviewee is being assessed by multiple individuals.
Picture B:
It looks to me like a one-on-one interview with two interviewers and one confident interviewee. The interviewee seems to be answering questions confidently, suggesting they may be well-prepared for the interview. It's a sort of formal setting, but with fewer people involved compared to a panel interview.

7 SPEAKING Work in pairs. Look at photos C and D and do the task below. Làm việc theo cặp. Nhìn vào ảnh C và D và thực hiện nhiệm vụ bên dưới.

Đáp án
Both photos depict individuals engaged in job interviews.
Both photos involve communication between interviewers and interviewees.
In the first photo (C), the job interview is being conducted online through a video call on a laptop. In the second photo (D), the interview is happening face-to-face in an office setting.
Photo D may allow for more nuanced communication, body language cues, and interpersonal connection compared to the potentially more distant nature of online interviews in Photo C.
Give your own opinion about whether a job interview should be conducted via the internet:
I think job interviews can be done online because it's convenient and saves time and money. Both the interviewer and the candidate don’t have to travel, which is great. Online platforms like Zoom allow people to talk face-to-face.
However, internet problems can affect the interview, and it’s harder to build a real connection. So, online interviews are good for the first round, but face-to-face might be better for final interviews.
