Status: Critically Endangered

Facts: The Indochinese tiger is a subspecies found in Vietnam’s forests, but it faces severe threats from poaching for its parts (used in traditional medicine) and habitat loss. With a population of fewer than 100 individuals in the wild, this tiger is one of the most critically endangered big cats in the world. Conservation efforts are urgently needed to protect its remaining habitat and reduce poaching.
