With its growing economy and population, the city is taking advantage of AI in order to improve the lives of its citizens.
In Ho Chi Minh City, AI is being used to handle citizens' complaints and suggestions in real time, in which the city government implementing an AI-powered chatbot to receive and process citizens' feedback round the clock. The chatbot can analyse data and provide real-time responses to citizens, helping the city to provide citizens with solutions to their problems in a fast, efficient manner.
Moreover, AI is being used to combat crime in Ho Chi Minh City. AI-powered smart cameras have been installed to monitor public areas and detect criminal activities. This system can recognise faces and match them with a database of criminals, making it easier for police to locate suspects. The cameras have already helped identify and arrest numerous criminals.
The city has also approved the use of AI-powered cameras to help manage traffic. With this technology, it's possible to track, analyse and control traffic on roads to improve the flow of vehicles. Additionally, the Department of Transport has proposed an AI application for the automatic identification of bus passengers, which can help make public transportation services more efficient to use.
Vietnam is making significant efforts to develop AI technology, and Ho Chi Mirth City is a good example of this. From handling citizen complaints to combatting crime and improving public transport, AI is proving to be a valuable tool. As Vietnam continues to develop, this technology is sure to play an even more significant role in the country's future.
