M: It is, I much prefer it to a waiter, my old job. It's exhausting.

W: Hey James, I haven't seen you recently.

M: I was working from home. That's why I wasn't here at the office, but I'm back full time now.

W: I hear that you're planning to move abroad next year. Is that true?

M: Yes, I'm moving to Australia. I plan to keep working remotely online from there. But until then, I'll be here every day.

Dialogue 3.

W1: Susan, can I borrow some cash?

W2: Of course, Lucy. But didn't you get paid recently?

W1: Yes, but I've had so many bills to pay.

W2: You need a new job. What's your current salary?

W1: About £2,000 a month. But my bills are almost £1,500.

W2: Hey, here's a job posting online. It pays £2,500 a month. You should apply.

W: Hi Chris. Do you want to watch a film at the cinema tonight?

M: What time is it on?

W: 7pm.

M: Sorry, but I am afraid that I can't finish work in time.

W: Don't you usually finish at a quarter past six?

M: Yes, but I'm working until a quarter to seven this evening. And it's more than 30 minutes to the cinema.

S: So, first of all, could you tell me a little bit about yourself, please?

A: Sure. I graduated from the University of Huddersfield two years ago with a degree in web design, and I'm very interested in all aspects of IT.

S: What do you do in your free time? Have you got any hobbies?

A: Software development is my hobby, and I also enjoy designing video games in my spare time.

S: That's great. And do you have any special skills in your opinion?

A: Well, aside from being a natural problem solver and having strong organizational skills, I can write codes in three separate programming languages, which I think is very valuable.

S: Wow, that is very impressive indeed. And finally, do you have any previous work experience related to this position?

A: Yes, I do. I spent one year doing repairs at a computer shop in my town. I've recently completed a six-month internship at a larger IT company in the capital city of London. It was a very educational experience for me, and I developed my skills a lot.
