I. Objectives

  • Help students to review all the structure from unit 11 to unit 15. Review the words, do exercises in the book. Develop: 4 skills.
  • Ss look after, solve problems and study themselves.
  • Studious and obedient students and love their friends.

II. Language focus:

  • Vocabulary: words of Unit 11-Unit 15
  • Sentence patterns: Unit 11-Unit 15

III. Teaching methods:

  • Communicative approach.
  • Techniques: Ask and answer (say individually); Work in pairs/ groups; Discuss.

- Have ss find the words and put in to the right groups.

- Ss look at the pictures in part 4 (p36). Identify someone’s physical appearance, what they doing in each picture, some food, drink, guess.

- Listen twice and tick the pictures. Check their guess. Compare the answer with the partner

- Listen again and check. Ss retell what they have heard.

Read & do the task in individual

- Ss read the words and the text. Then fill suitable word in the blank.

- Ss trade the answers in pairs for correction

- Some Ss report their answers in front of class. The rest of the class give comments.

- Look at the sentences in the book

- Read and work individually. Ss do the task (match the sentence with a appropriate picture.)

- Compare the answer with the partner.

- Ss report their answers, the other give the comment.

- Ss look the pictures (Page 37) and read silently the sentences. Then complete the sentences in individual.

- Ss trade their answers in pairs for correction

- Ss to read the answers aloud to the class. The others listen and give comments.

- Read silently sentences and find suitable words/phrases to fill in the blank. Then complete the posts.

- Correct each other for correct.

- 2 Ss write the posts on the board. The rest class give comments.

- Ss review the lesson and prepare the test.
