Aims: Help Ss practice speaking skill with “How often ...?”.

A. Objectives: By the end of the lesson, Ss will be able to use exactly adverb of frequency and question with “How often ...?”.

B. Language content:

*Vocab: adverb of frequency

* Grammar: present simple tense

C. Preparations: Text-book, lesson plan, cassette, disc

Ways of working: T-WC, individual-work, pair-work

Anticipated problems:

  • Weak Ss may be not positive in speaking.
  • Solution: Call good Ss practice first then encourage weak Ss and give marks.

I/ Organization: (1') - Greeting

Ask Ss to give the sports that go with the verbs:
